The importance of romance in relationships cannot be overstated.

“My wife and I need to remember to look at each other like that.”

Yes, relationships can get bogged down with the minutiae of everyday life – it’s a common relationship affliction that brings couples into my office for help. When relationships get weighted down by all the details, romance tends to take a back seat and, along with it, intimacy.
